Downtown Los Angeles: May Day – The good, the bad and the ugly… From my previous experience covering events and protests, I’ve learned that people often come out with their own agendas. Unfortunately, at this particular event, there was a lot of cringe-worthy behavior. Some workers were protesting for rights that they may not be entitled to as non-citizens. Additionally, there were individuals advocating for various causes, such as the rights of transgender individuals and political ideologies like socialism and communism. Tough crowd!
